Um well anyway, I looked into having them made en masse by a factory, as I just don’t have the manpower here to do it- they wouldn’t look exactly the same as the one I made, but they’d be going directly off my artwork, so it would look pretty close! Maybe even better.
My question for you all is: Would you be interested in buying one, if it cost about $25 USD plus shipping, and was 10-12 inches tall?
If there is sufficient interest here, I might try a Kickstarter, but the amount I need to raise to get this project into motion is kind of… a lot, haha. So let me know, thank you! <3

This is my needle felted Lord of the Rings, Gandalf, (Sir Ian McKellen style) plush doll FeltLing. He is approximately 20” tall, stands freely and is a sturdy, heavier doll.
He is 100% needle felted wool — NO sewing, NO glue… even his hair is raw wool that has been painstakingly needle felted onto him (his locks are from a Navajo Churro ewe and his facial hair is Shetland wool that still has a bit of lanolin in it)… His clothing is hand dyed prefelt wool so it has a natural drape to it.
I can’t even begin to count the hours I have in this FeltLing… I hope he makes you smile. ♥

Jake is densely felted whereas Lady is softly sculpted so she can be twisted, wrapped, or moved around as she is almost 2 feet long.

Omg… she was a BLAST to create…. so tiny in size (she’s only 3.75” tall and 4” long) but HUGE on personality! Someone just came over to visit and fell in love with her and this tells you how bad my photo skills are… she says to me, “Cat, she is SOOOO much cuter in person..” *facepalm* Guess I should try and take some photos of her outside.
